Guaranteed reservation and deposit

All reservations made through the hotel's official web site must be guaranteed by a credit card accepted by the hotel (see below). The guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at the time of booking.

The reference EUR amount offered for your reservation will be debited and settled in Hungarian Forint (HUF) at the EUR-HUF exchange rate that was published by MNB (Hungarian National Bank) one day before the registration.

AMEX, VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, UnionPay and JCB

Check in time: from 2 p.m.

Check out time: until 12 p.m.

Early arrivals and late departures
If you plan to arrive in the morning and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend to reserve the night prior to your arrival. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel. If you choose not to reserve an extra night, we will be glad to store your luggage in our luggage room free of charge.

Child policy
Children under the age of 14 stay free of charge in their parents' room. For further information, please contact our Reservation Department.

Pet policy
Pets are allowed with restrictions for an extra charge of 25 EUR/day (food is not included). Please contact the hotel prior to your arrival.

According to the amendment of the 2016 CLVI. law, from 1st September 2021, all accommodation service providers are obliged to record identification documents (e.g. ID cards, passports)  of all guests using the document reader upon check-in. The system protects the rights, security and property of the data subject and others.
In the absence of presenting the document, the accommodation provider will refuse the accommodation service.
